Ordentliche Menge Hefe, die durchs Glas wabert. Cremiger Schaum. Geschmacklich haben wir sämig getreidiges Porridge und dickes Fruchtkompott. Die Hefe spielt auch eine wichtige Rolle. Schön volles Mundgefühl, wie es sich für ein Bier mit immerhin 5,5 % Alk. gehört. Die Kohlensäure ist vielleicht einen Hauch zu scharf, aber noch im Rahmen. Insgesamt ist das ist ein richtig gutes Weißbier.

Trübe orange gelbe Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Hefiger, malziger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich hefig, malzig, fruchtig nach reifer Banane. Hohe Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Bottle online from The Trembling Madness. Pours a hazy light orange colour with a medium sized throthy white head. Aromas of bananas, cloves, a touch of citrus orange and a little spice. Taste has more light citrusy notes, bananas, cloves, peppery spice and also a touch of sweetness. Thin to medium body, lively fizzy palate and slightly oily mouthfeel. Above average Hefe. Very decent.

0,5 l bottle from Zisch, Wildeshausen. Flat murky golden, small white one finger head. Dry orange fruity smell. Taset has a lot of wheat and yeast, orange fruity background, some sourness. Getting thinner in the second part. But also sweet. Bavarian standard category.

500 ml bottle. Pours cloudy dark yellow orange with foamy head. Aroma is mostly banana and clove, light dry grassy citrussy notes, yeasty and bready. Mild dryness with a yeasty sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, mild dry sweet finish. A classic and solid Bavarian Weiße, nothing wrong here.
