Bottle pour at WBF 2025, pours a clear dark copper. Aroma has musky honey nectar, light notes of wet dog, and damp wood. Flavour has a light tartness to the rich honey nectar, with gentle floral undertones—none of the wet dog. Rich and syrupy but not cloying. Excellent.

Bottle pour at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours clear golden amber. Sweet honey with some slightly herbal notes on the nose. Flavour has sweet grainy honey and some dry herbal grass. Very nice.

Pours dark copper, clear. Scent is sharp, raw spices, a fairly dry impression. Taste is drying, yet sweet. Sharp, spicy honey. Clinical like 'cleanliness'.
