Taster from 0,75l bottle in Sint-Truiden shared by Nicklas. Yellow clear color, no head. Smells apples, bit oxidized, some sweetness, honey. Full body, no carbonation. Tastes sweet, apples, honey, spices. Finishes lightly sweet with notes of apples, honey and spices. Good, not overly complex, also not totally my thing. Nice none the less

Pours light, very clear pale lemon. Scent is full, apple concentrate, but less sweet. More 'green' (twig) character than other ice ciders tend to have. Taste is sweet, tart apples, some CO2 even. Quite damn lovely ! Simple, but great!

2020 bottle, many thanks Nische. Shared after Max' funeral, Rest in Power big guy. Clear pale yellow color with no head. Aroma is minerals, citric, green apples, seems quite dry for an Ice Cider. Taste has amazing balance of green apples, some candied apples, minerals, and some citric flavours. Lieblich-style, not too sweet, really delicate. Amazing balance and drinkability. Love the character, a special one - almost dry Ice Cider, unheard of.
