Can behind day 22 of the Costco Calendar. It pours clear yellow with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is fairly sweet, buttered white bread, bread & butter pudding, cereal, grain, biscuits and some lemon curd. The taste is crisp, dry, grassy, grainy, cereal, peppery spice, has a certain sharpness to it, rich tea biscuits, sponge cake, doughy white bread, straw and soapy floral accents with a dry finish. Average body and moderate - high carbonation. A bit rough around the edges in places. Fair.

500 ml can from the Advent Calendar. Malty nose, hints of chocolate, touch of biscuit and caramel, herbal Noble hops. Bright pale gold with a large, rocky head. Almost tastes a bit burnt. Cardboard oxidation, cocoa, grass. A bit of corny DMS in there too. Bitter, mineral finish. Worst one of the box so far.

Can 22 from the CostCo 2021 Advent box. Pours gold with a moderate, creamy white head. Aroma is bready with a little grassiness. Med body. Flavor is bready with some grassiness and a touch something I can't place. It is somewhat like a phenol thing. Overall it's a good, though unusual, flavor. Dryish, tho a sweetness pops in and out. Lightly bitter.

Half liter can from the 2021 Costco advent calendar, 12/1/21. Clear gold large frothy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of grass, phenols, white bread. Taste is white bread, cardboard, tinny hops. Weird texture. Crisp. Mild bitterness. Meh.

Can. Unclear gold with an inch of white head. Grab-bag aroma with grain, earth, crackers, grass. Not a very focused pils but has some charm - sweet but round crackery malt, perhaps a hint of butter, decent grassy and spicy seasoning at the fairly bitter end. Likeable.

500 ml can purchased as part of the 2020 Costco Advent Calendar at the Costco in Overland Park, Kansas. Exp 05/2021 printed on the bottom of the can. The pour is a lightly hazed golden yellow with a very retentive one inch white head. The aroma is soft floral, hay, spice, and grain. The taste is subtle fresh cereal grain malt, along with the floral hay and finishing with a drying mineral. The palate is medium bodied soft natural carbonation and the dry mineral finish. Very clean and nuanced, nice Pils.

Can. Golden beer with a cream head. Light toasted malt and light sweet malt aroma. Sweet malt and light mineral flavor. Medium bodied. Sweet malt and light mineral notes linger with hay.
