Tasting at CBJ, thanks to the team. Just a light haze on this paleish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Cooling pine. Light candyish hop fruits, a little tropical fruits. Light semi dry finish brings mild hop spice. Alright.

Hazed orange topped with an off white head.
Nose is juicy citric flesh, melon, grass, papaya.
Taste comprises tangerine, pine needle, grass, papaya, mandarin.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy hop bitterness.
Not bad.

Cette American Pale Ale, intégrant Simcoe, Centennial et Citra, fait globalement le job sans être tonitruante toutefois. SI les arômes sont appréciables, elle manque de nervosité et de tension aromatique. Avec un titrage à 5,6 %, il est toutefois difficile d'arriver à des bières réellement pêchues. Le visuel est sur un blond voilé parcourue par une fine effervescence moyennement soutenue. Très peu de mousse est présente à la surface. Le nez est agréable sur une alliance de pêche, orange, pamplemousse, fruits de la passion, citron et herbes. Avec le trio d'houblons, je n'en attendais pas moins. En bouche, c'est une attaque fraiche et fruitée qui nous attend. Dès la seconde bouche, l'ensemble est tout de même molasson mais agréable avec un houblonage à cru bien maîtrisé. L’arrière-bouche, un peu plus amère, tente timidement de dynamiser l'ensemble. Le final, plutôt long reste sur cette touche fruitée mais sans panache. A redynamiser.

(can 0,5l from F.A.Bar (Brno) online shop) Overall: Sharp citrusy. Good. Aroma: Citrusy, tropical fruits. Appearance: Hazy yellow. Medium, white head. Taste: Light sweet, citrusy hops, light bitter. Palate: Light-medium body. Higher carbonation. Light bitter finish.

Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma of citrus hops with grapefruit, zest, light pines. Taste is hops forwarded with all that citrus, grapefruit, zest with light piney touch. Good one, bit more hoppoy than APA should be. I am fine with it.

Can. Hazy yellow. Fruity and weedy hops, sweet oats but also a bit of dry wheat and dry grassy hops. Soft tropical fruits and citrus zest, but maybe a bit more dank and weedy. Medium bodied. Good!
