Can from HavnensVinOgTobak. Pours muddy beetroot red with huge pink head. Aroma is intense marshmallow, blueberry, strawberry jam, strawberry milk shake, rhubarb, redcurrant and vanilla ice cream. Taste is medium to very sweet, light to medium bitter and medium acidic. Body is oily with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and mosly sour but also balanced sweet and bitter with notes of marshmallow, strawberry, blueberry, redcurrant, rhubarb, cherry, raspberry, vanilla, ice cream and hints of vinegar. Nice aroma and very complex taste but it is too unbalanced for my taste.

From a 440ml can on 23/9/2022. Pours a slightly cloudy dark red with virtually no head. Has a slightly sharp berry nose. The state is dominated by raspberry, with maybe a bit of blueberry and hints of the promised marshmallow and chocolate. Finishes medium tart. Has a slick palate and prickly carbonation. Decent enough but I was hoping for something a lot sweeter, thicker and generally dessertish.

Can @ Carlsens Kvarter, Odense. Thanks Tobias. Pours hazy to deep muddy red with bubbles on top. Lactose, artificial red fruit, strawberry, vanilla and spices. Rissi Frutti and risalamande. If you really prefer to drink your dessert.

Aus der Dose (bbe 05.04.2022) im 2022-03 getrunken. Also bei diesen trüben, purpur-roten Ale ist der Name sehr passend, denn in der Nase steht vor einem Waldbeerenaroma ein richtig kräftiges Erdbeerenaroma und Vanilienoten. Es erinnert fast an ein Erdbeer-Softeis. Am Gaumen startet recht kräftig aber dann fällt das wunderbare Aroma leider deutlich zusammen. Kaum ein paar Sekunden später bleibt nur noch ein schwaches Erdbeeraroma. Die Säure wird durch eine Süße die an ein Milcheis erinnert sehr gut ausbalanciert.

440ml can. Pours deep purple with a medium head. Aroma is sour blueberry, marshmallow and chocolate. Taste has strawberry and blueberry yoghurt with a little marshmallow on the finish. A little chocolate.

Fiskåbanen 240721. Red color with a pinkish head. Aroma is berries, vanilla. Flavor is berries, vanilla, chocolate, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, lemon. Very nice beer.
