(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, pilsener golden with a creamy, white head. Malty aroma. Fairly good body with plenty of sweet pilsener malt. Discreet hoppiness in the finish. Pleasant. 070706

Bottle. 5,4%. Weak fruitiness in an otherwise dusty aroma. Golden colour, unstable white head. The flavour is sweet with a nice flowery hoppiness. A lot better than expected and quite different from other German "Gold"s.

(bottle with that ugly screw cap) Clear golden colour with a foamy white medium head. Herbal and slightly grassy hop aroma with a honey-ish but also papery note. Medium bodied, crispy mouthfeel, slightly bitter flavour. Balanced hops-malts ratio, slightly herbal hoppy finish. Okay-ish.

An orange beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty - and so is the flavor, leading to a dry end. A simple but OK beer.

Clear, straw golden coloured, medium sized longer lasting white foam; shy malty nose, traces of cardboard, too; slightly sweetish, grainy to malty start; very mild bitter flavour, then the grainy, bready taste again in the finish with a dash of bitterness coming very late. Creamy mouthfeel. A very pleasant, light and mild EXPORT........

Fat marcipan nose. Golden, no visible carbonation, low lacing blanket head. Grainy malt a hint of wild flowers peeks through, a bit dusty.Grain when exhaling - a quick bitterhop stab at the end. Solid body and a well-lagered sparkling mouthfeel.

Orange-gold; very little to no head. Grassy, hoppy nose and a bit of grain, corn flakes-like, a bit roasted. Bitterish, flowery, grassy, bit of hoppiness in the taste. Little malt but the roasted corn. Very refreshing beer, light bodied. Nice Helles – strange corn flakes taste, rather expected from a USA beer than a German. Nice result all the same.
