Can shared at formerly 100%NL THT. ALmost clear dark reddish brown with small beige head. Thick sweet malts, berry yoghurt, red wine, spicy booze, caramel, soft grassy, red currants, light honey and toffee, alcohol, grassy hops. Quite sweet, medium bitter and light sour. Almost full bodied with slight dry finish. Decent but quite weird.

0.33 l can from 'Ace Drinks', best before July 2021. Clear, dark ruby with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity aroma of molasses, red fruits, some rum, a touch of honey and traces of wood. Quite sweet, malty, gently fruity and slightly bitter taste of caramel, molasses, red fruits, rum, some wood and hints of honey, followed by a long, moderately bitter, slightly warming-alcoholic, a little sharp and minimally woody finish. Medium to full body, almost oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Lovely beer, really nice sipper, not just sweet but with a pleasantly boozy finish, quite complex as well. One of the better BA beers by Kees for sure!

Can. Dark amber pour. Aroma of honey, booze, ripe fruit, caramel fudge, raisin and figs. Taste has caramel fudge, soft honey, raisin, vanilla, buttery ripe fruit, figs and a gentle boozy finish. Quite nice actually, not even overpowering on the booze.
