Cloudy bright orange body, medium off-white head. Nose sweet and tropical with papaya, sugared citrus peel, and tangerine juice. Juicy body, with tangerine, lime, papaya, and lychee, mostly sweet and earthy-rindy with secondary tartness. The combined effect is muddled and undistinguished.

16 oz. can, pours an opaque murky peachy yellow with a small medium white head. Aroma is very fruity, with lots of pulpy stone fruits, subdued resinous and dank hops, and medium sweetness. Flavour is medium dank in the hop department with a really nice potency, followed by low-to-moderate sweetness, and a little pine. Nicely dank, oily and piney finish, with enough sweetness to back. Maybe not the freshest, but this is very well-made.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver, 2021-03-04, 2.5 months old
Murky pale blond colour, small head. Nice hop aroma, citrus juice, light dank smell. Lean, with light residual sweetness, it drinks like a weaker IPA than it is; I'm not impressed by the malt base (it tastes like wet paper), the hops are ok, there is some citrus peel, but they could be more juicy; low bitterness, not well balanced.
In general, it's timid, it lacks some kind of biting character.

Fairly hazy golden and orange coloured body with a thick, three to four centimetre tall off-white, large-bubbled head that stays afloat nicely. Aroma of mangoes, oranges, light peaches and a good deal of both malt and bitter, high alpha acid hops. Medium to Full-bodied; Very bright mango flavour that is very pungent and strong with some oranges and tangerines noticeable and the malt comes soon thereafter with a big bite and strong alcohol bite towards the end. Aftertaste shows the fruit and grass with a big bite of grain from the malts, but the smooth mango and orange notes are pungent in a good way with a light medicinal and astringent bite towards the end that shows some alcohol, and just around eight per cent. Overall, a nice and very mango-y beer that hits with some good alpha acids and bitterness, but definitely new school without a big resinous bite, but the alcohol and astringency does show through at the end, especially at only eight per cent, this almost Imperial IPA is good, but not great - I was expecting more from the brewery. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Knightly Spirits in Orlando (Orange Blossom Trail), Florida on 30-December-2020 for US$7,12 sampled in my hotel room around the corner here in Lake Buena Vista, Florida on my second daughter's sixth birthday, 02-January-2021, Happy Birthday Paige!

Pint can from Wine Cellar DePere, 5/14/20. Murky orange, large foamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of mango, passionfruit, orange, pale malt. Syrupy. Some herbal notes in there too. Taste is mango, mandarins, papaya, grapefruit, melon, dandelion, pale malt. Medium bodied, low bitterness, low booziness, quite interesting. This is why I don’t try new breweries. This is good.

Pours a hazy, golden-pineapple, with minimal head. Aroma has some grass, green onion, gas, and citrus. Flavor is citrus, with some tropical notes. Lightly sweet, with a relatively bitter finish. Good if you're a big Mosaic fan.
