Swing top bottle from henrikb, thanks a lot! Grapefruit and red berries and grassy and oily hops in the strong aroma. Malty sweetish, tart, citric hoppy flavor. Oily hopbitter aftertaste with lime, very well balanced. Just a bit of alcohol, like Cointreau liquor. I love this beer.

Bottle. Pours dark brown with tan head. Nose/taste is heavy caramel malt with some citrus and darker fruits, bready malt and toffee. Finishes bitter malt. Thick on the palate. Some dry (not tart) apple cider notes in deep background.

Cloudy dark amber beer. White suddy head. Very full flvoured IPA. Lemony and piney and citrus. Induces a mouth water! But it’s not dry or over bitter. Silky hop flavours, unlike any other IPA I’ve tasted before. Semi dry lemon marmalade and grapefruit finish. Fabulous!

The bottle looks a bit boring, the beer in the glass is okay. Starts strong, good use of hops, a bit alcoholic, modest dry finish. Warming and prickly. Well done! Thanks to HenrikSoegaard for this beer!

Turbid orange with a soapy head - aroma of orange, grapefruit pith, lemon zest, mint, lavender - there is a lot of minty, herbal character to this that makes it very unlike any other ipa I’ve had - the additional wildflower character adds an interesting dimension as well - a bit earthy and slightly vegetal through the middle - honey sweetness is a little bit strong, and the hop bitterness isn’t potent enough to balance it that well - some notes of oxidation - still, the uncommon flavor characteristics make it interesting.

Bottle at Sorbone, Bromma, Stockholm. I rememberd this as very good, now it is just another average IIPA. It has the citrus and bitterness of the hops, but does´nt have much more to offer. Due to bad planing I had an Imperial Stout just before this one which may have defected my palate slightly.

White-yellowish fluffy head over greenish orange beer. Nice, dry, hoppy & citrusaroma’s, dry hop bales. Very dry, reasonably bitter, citrus/orange/grapefruitlike IPA; nice decent hoppiness. Malt is inconspicious, but is there to sustain allright. Reasonably well-balanced beer, long bitter aftertaste. Good IPA, in the DFH 60 or 90 mins style. Many thanks, René!
