Bottle, vintage 2008. Dark color with a white head. The aroma was totally dominated by cinnamon also some ginger and other spices. Also a lot of cinnamon in taste, sugar, sweet. The taste was really unique, did not taste as anything else. A glass was ok to drink but more than that.

Bottle at x-mas, nice flavors the reminds of x-mas both fruit (rassins, cherry) and spices (cardemum, cinnamon). Giving this one some extra points due to the nice fruty flavors...

Bottle 50cl.Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is heavy spicy, cardamom, pancakes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20081121]

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden brown with a diminished white head. Citrusy and spiced aroma. Light malty and citrusy flavoured with a distinct cardemomme flavour. Sweet malty and somewhat citrusy finish.

aroma is cinnamon mainly, also other christmas spices. quite strange. clear amber, white head, flavor is cinnamon dominated, also cristmas spices, quite sweet spices so strong it is quite bitter..

(50 cl bottle from Systembolaget) Clear dark red color, tan head. Ginger bread with pommerance and cinnamon bread scent. Cardamom and cloves. Taste like it smells, though with some alcohol. Long sweet malty and cardamom aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel and low bitterness.

(Bottle) Dark brown colour with ruby notes, frothy off-white head. Spicy nose with lots of cinamon, cardamom and clove, hints of juniper bushes and Seville orange. Spicy taste with spruce-twigs, juniper berries, cinamon, cardamom, clove and ginger biscuits. Very sweet. It’s allright, but mumma should really be blended at home, my friend Göran makes one that knocks the socks of this one.

Bottled. Reddish-brown beer with an off-white head. It has loads of cardamom and cinnamon in the nose. Cloyingly sweet, with some dried fruits in the flavor, along with the spices found in the aroma. Cardamom finish, and a thin to medium body. It is a very special beer, but lovely in a way...(060428)

Bottled. Dark brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is cardamon with bondow.Flavour is cardemon ,bondow with raisin. A very special beer.

Bottled 500 ml (BB 05/2006)
Nut brown color, small brownish head. Strong aroma of cardemom. Sweet, Christmas spicey, "pepparkaka" (gingerbread biscuit) flavor with cardamom and clove. Decent malty background. Too sweet but very Christmasy.
