Bottle from MiP. Brown color. Butter, buttermilk and caramel in the aroma. Diacetyl all over! Caramelly flavor with buttermilk. Soft caramelly bitter finish with hints of metal. Mistakes in the brewing process sail this beer away from a higher score.

(bottle) Slightly hazy, amber colour with a small cream-coloured layer. Sweet malty and nutty, slightly bready aroma, also a bit acidic fruity with a whiff of hops. Moderately sweet flavour, slightly vinous fruity taste; good malt-character with a delicate herbal hoppy note; sweet-bitter, minimal vinous finish with a pleasant and warming alcoholic note (18.IV.07).

(Draught at Plan B, Copenhagen, 27 March 2008. Labeled "Spring Bock") Dark amber colour with brief off-white head. Malty, slightly citric nose with notes of dried fruit, toffee and caramel. Malty taste with toffee, dried fruit and caramel. Sweetish, medium body. Short finish. Decent brew, but doesn’t leave a lasting impression.

Amber color. Good malt and caramel aroma. Good sweet caramel and malt taste too, correctly bitter. Straightforward but very pleasant.
