For the past two years, we’ve been making a fruited blend with Camerise berries in small quantities. These berries are slightly sweet with a beautiful acidity.
We didn’t have to look very far for a its new name... a blue fruit that makes a blood-red beer: Sang Bleu. Our friend Ammo has outdone himself once again, creating a superb new label to go with its new name.

Fruity, sour, a bit tart. Red grapes, some funk, rich and smooth. Excellent.

Tart and funky with some sweetish juicy berry notes, some vinous grapes and jammy notes.

Taster from 0,75l bottle at Carnivale Brett, Amsterdam. Deep red color, small pink head. smells berry notes, super jammy, subtle fruit joghurt, berry goodness. Wow. full body, soft carbonation. tastes intense berry notes, jammy, marzipan, fruit tannins. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of berry notes, jam and tannins. Super, super lovely. I just love this beer, another great vintage
