Poured from a bottle @ MBCC 2023 (finally adding my notes). Hazy pale blonde with minimal white head. Sweet apple, some funk, decent.

Bottle, 750 ml at Miro B's Grande. Shared with him, JFK10000, Zec, Max, Miro and Werckmeister. Cloudy golden with small white head. Apples, some apple skins, somewhat funky. Dry.

Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2023 (MBCC Day 1) - Dry crisp apple fruity, apple skin, medium body, crisp apple finish. Nice and dry.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast, crisp apple skins, and barnyard funk. Flavour is bright and funky, with barnyard funk, horse blanket, crisp apple skins, and oak. Harmonious, complex and funky. Lovely.

Very effervescent liquid, clear pale golden coloured. Ureum, apples, nectarines, lemon, kafir limepeel. Lemony, lemonblossom, Lindenblossom; very fine aromas, fines herbes. Delicate flavourprofile. Finish presents a light acidity. Bit dry, giving a film on the mucoses. Feels light for its claimed 7% ABV. Delicate, floral drink, I would name it "more than just cider". Good work, Matthieu!

Flaska från Pellicle, 2022, extras från medlemskap. Disig, något blek gul med försvinnande vit krona. Doftar och smakar av smuligt äpple, äppelmos, lätt jästig touch, snäll funk och lätt kryddighet som ger lite nyans. Lätt kropp. Enkel, och god som sådan.
