Raspberry Imperial Gose. Trafaret (aka Stencil) is an old, proven and fastest way to deliver your message to the citizens of the urban jungle. What life is prepared for that piece of art, no one knows. Whether it will be painted over, or cut out with a piece of wall to be sold at auction. We made our stencil the same way - simple and elegant, salty and sour, refreshing and fruity, aesthetic and functional.

Tap, taster. Tasted on the 11/05/2018 at "Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2018", Copenhagen. Light red colour with a pinkish head. Aroma is fresh raspberries, yoghurt, yeast and tart. Taste is super fresh raspberries, extremely juicy sorbet with a slightly tart finish. Sour raspberry aftertaste. Very good and pleasant palate. Next one please!

Tap. Red color with pinkish head. Aroma is raspberries, fresh, wheat, a bit yoghurt. Taste is raspberries, sorbet, very fresh, slightly tart. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Very good!

Sample @ MBCC. Nice head with good duration. Color is pink. Aroma and taste are rich raspberries, lactose acid, citrus, malt and fruits. Nice sour raspberry finish.

on tap from face off in moscow, 460 rub/l. pours a murky blood orange colour with a medium pink head. aroma of raspberry, candy, gingerbread, lactic stuff, some funk. raspberry is not overpowering here, which is nice. flavour of lemon, lactic acid, hibiscus tea, salt. very sour.
