Lovely funky peach aroma, wet hay, burnt lemon zest. Bright, funky, tart , very acidic. Peach disappears past the aroma..medium funk and tartness, with wild wheat, and lemon zest notes.

Bottle shared at the CBJ tasting, thanks to Fergus, 18/10/23. Hazed orange with a moderately presented off white head. Nose is tarte fruits esters, on the turn peach, funk, hint of dry rot. Taste comprises sharp peach esters, lemon rind, herb, damp straw, funk, barnyard essence, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering spike. Decent kit if not top drawer 3F.

Super unripe peach--I can see why they say yellow peach. Pours clear golden with good head and lacing. Pretty tart finish. Nice stuff.

375mL bottle. Pours clear pale gold with pretty much no head. Aroma has great farmhouse funk, barrels, and fermented peaches. Flavour is very funky, lots of tart, juicy peaches, nice barrel character. Acidity is well-restrained. Great stuff.

Pale, no head. Some haze. Really nice bretty aroma with a quality peach character. Very appetizing. Lean and dry character, with leathery brett. The peach is bright on the palate. Jumps out...not saying it wouldn't be better if you doubled it, but it's quality.
