Golden color. Creamy head, fading away slowly. Aroma has ripe apricots and is somewhat perfumed. Apricot flavor, tackled by some hops and more herbs. Coreander and nutmeg, maybe, can’t say for sure. The fruit and herbs don’t coïncide, but fight eachother. Still a good and tasty beer, but could be much more balanced.

Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of malts, cellar, mushroom, funk. Tart flavour, malts, hint of cheese. Malty finish, funk. Quite old but held up nicely!

750mL bottle, courtesy of julian, pours a cloudy dark orangey brown with a voluminous white head. Aroma is a bit oxidized with metallic notes, Belgian yeast, and stale wet cardboard. Flavour of wet cardboard, cork, and other dry, construction site notes. Lively carbonation. Too bad this isn't a bit newer as I think this would be very enjoyable fresher, but as is now, this is past its prime. Not s good.

Bottle @ Scott’s Summer Saison tasting. Thanks so much Scott! Milky, cloudy orangish brown appearance with a small tan head. Somewhat oxidized, bready, light fusel, somewhat spicy, dark fruity aroma. Orange, dark berry, tangy, somewhat sour, bready, light cardboard flavor. Maybe peaked a little white back but still fun.

Pours hazy medium brown color with tan head. Aromas of dark fruits, candi sugar, dank basement. Mildly sweet fruity flavor with some dankness. Earthy hops and some Fantome funkiness. Medium body with soft carbonation. Another delicious Fantome brew.

Apparently a very very old bottle. Pours with a hazed murky brown body and a small white head. Aroma is minty and spicy with crushed grapes, ethanol and white wine. Flavors are bready, malty, and minty. Noticeable oxidation. Light bubbles. Tastes faded.

Bottle shared by Savvy1982 at the 2010 RBSG Grand Tasting. Thanks! Apple-cider-looking and extremely cloudy. Aroma of spice, apple, citrus, cream. Very dry, with a slight acidic sourness, a little bit of yogurt and apple, herbs-quite herbal. Very nice indeed.
