Summer time is here, and it’s the perfect time for some light sparring rounds! We’ve found two perfect veterans to enter our glorious 44 cl arena: It’s CITRA versus NECTARON! Two hop varieties mostly known for their NEIPA aromas, but now they find themselves somewhat out of their comfort zone, in a HOPPY PALE ALE. This can only mean one thing: Hopped-up punches, Tropical uppercuts and bitter hooks! Cheers!

Tap at Uyl van Hoogland, Leiden: Hazy yellow coloured brew with an medium dry bitter taste with some vague sweetness, slightly hints of caramel, grapefruit and lemon.

Tap @Binnehaven in The Hague-NLD. Dark golden unclear, tick off-white cap. Nose: grainy aroma a bit ashy. Mouth is malty-sweet although quite balanced also in the bitter end.

Draft at Binnenhaven. Hazy dark golden. Quite malty, juicy hops, grassy, caramel, peach, raisins. Medium sweet and bitter. Solid bodied.
