Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, fruity like lemon, some notes of banana, not too sweet. Mild yeasty notes. Not bad!

Hazy golden straw color on the pour. Dry grainy flavors. Not nearly as sweet as the aroma.

8 Mar 12. Servert fra kran. Aprikosfarget. Lavt kremaktig skum. Veldig uklar. Svak sitrusaroma. Smaken var veldig nøytral. Kjedelig. Ikke mye å ha reist såpass langt for. Etter denne var det bare å sette seg på togene for tilbakereise i over en time til Göttingen.

Mild hefig bananiger Beginn, geringe Herbe, weich. Die Herbe steigt leicht an, süffig wenn auch etwas eintönig, ansteigende Süße. Dumpf bananiger Abgang. 8/7/7/8/6/8

50 cl bottle bought from Rewe in Hanover. BB 11 12 10. Sampled on December 26, 2010A bit gushy, not too much though. Cloudy ornage color, white head. Mainly sweet banana ester scent. Sweet, some orange, a bit of banana taste. Sweet but a bit flat aftertaste. Moussy mouthfeel, low bittereness,

Bottled (BB 09/2009). Hazy murky yellow color, small white head. Overriped banana aroma. Flavor has some overriped banana, light citrus and cardboard. Lacks depth and is not so refreshing, although has a decent body.

Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is sweet malty and wheaty. The flavor is sweet malty and wheaty combined with light notes of caramel, leading to a crisp dry wheaty finish. Thanks to Papsø for opening it for me - I’d avoided it for four days.

(bottle, with thanks to Stöpsel and Indy of BTO for the sample) Cloudy, yellow colour with a big foamy white head. Slightly sweet and sour wheat-malty nose with a touch of citrus and clovy phenols. Light-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, ok carbonation. Wheat-malty, yeasty and slightly fruity taste; wheaty, yeasty-bitter finish with notes of cloves in the aftertaste. Not perfectly balanced but still somewhat refreshing.

(Bottle 50 cl) Starts clear making me almost believe, that this is a Kristall, but eventually turns cloudy golden with a huge, bubbly head. Fresh and fruity all right, but lacks some character and is levels below the best Hefes. 151200
