330ml bottle, #783, bought at Vinmonopolet Drammen CC. Noisy pour, fast declining white head, poor lacing, clear amber body. Hints of apple skins and ripe lemon on the nose. Drying taste profile of ripe lemon, apples, and bread-like malts, mild tartness to it. Does not taste that strong. Quite alright. (Hotel room, Drammen 27.10.2023).

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 14.5%. Clear and deep golden colour, small white head. Aroma of alcohol, yeast, malts, caramel, banana. Sweet flavour (from the alcohol, according to the brewery - they insist on the beer being dry), over-ripe fruits, slightly sour, alcohol. Whatever they have tried to do here, they have not been very successful.

Bottle. It's quite still in the glass, deep golden in color, with some white bubbles. The aroma is quite alcoholic, funky and fruity. Leather, lemon, barnyard and some bread notes. Generic fruityness and green sultanas. It's full-bodied, lightly warming and with just a tad of carbonation. Sweet, yet dryish. Fruity flavor with some bready, doughy notes. Funk, lemon, alcohol, yoghurt-like hints and a gentle bitterness. Some piney, grassy hints in the finish. Interesting, demanding to drink, nice, but quite unusual. Delivers on quite a few parameters regarding the target of champagne, but sure not on carbonation. 230404

Bottled (thanks Mandells). Amber colour with not that much head, but lots of sparkling bubbles. Aroma has some fruits and berries with quite cider/prosecco like apples to it. Flavour is kind of the same pattern. Has a bunch of alcohol, but doesn't taste strong of it. Kind of Deuslike in a way. On the expensive side of things, and could actually have worked better on a 0.75 bottle...

Bottle. Almost clear reddish golden body with a minimal head fading away quickly. A bit undefined aroma at the first sniff. Not particular malty, some kind of fruit and berries, perhaps grapes. Then when tasting I recognized the cider flavor and found apple in the aroma as well. Quite sweet actually, in practical for something labeled as dry. Some mild fruity yeast flavors, quite integrated alcohol – feels fresh and a bit warming, not boozy. Balanced body with a long lasting aftertaste of the same flavors. Interesting, slightly odd by the first impression, growing. Like it.
