750mL bottle, 2022 cork, drunk May 3, 2024, Ma Che Siete. Clear, bright, blood red with magenta. Small, pinkish head quickly to edges. Bright fruit, low to moderate acidity. Soft mineral and funky in the background. Juicy with mild Brett and mild lactic character. Very clean and snappy, polished. Oh baby. Juicy, zippy, perfectly carbonated with frizzante, tight bubbles carbonation spreading juicy, low acid grape across the palate. Gentle malt sweetness, light oak dryness and plentiful Brett with low lactic, no acetic. Wonderful, juicy, gently sweet fruit and lower funk. Phenomenally drinkable.

Bottle, bottled 22 october 2024. Color: Dark purple, thin and dense pinkish purple head. Aroma: Vinuous, red wine. Taste: Light to moderate tartness, subtle funky and a leather, a lot of red grape, red wine, oak wood, tannins. Some fruity sweetness and bitterness, grape skin. Medium body, below average carbonation. Very fruit-forward. Nice one.

Bottle at the loon factory. Clear deep red. Slim dense of white foam. Looks boss. Nose has sweet cherry. Cherry lips sweets. Light vinous funk. Light touch of savoury. Bit of a dessert wine vibe. Taste is dry tart with some musty bitterness. Clean and light. Dry fruity finish.
