A zippy sour brewed using Brick’s house lactobacillus culture, a touch of Vanilla and fruity mango pulp. The mango provides tropical flavours as well as a smooth, thick body whilst the vanilla adds a lassi-like creaminess to the finish.

Can ordered from Elusive. Aroma has smooth mango with a dry tart edge. Hazy pale orange. Head disappears in seconds. Medium sour... there's an impact but its not intrusive. Mango. Vanilla edge. This takes the edge off the sourness. Vinous. Pulpy. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. I like a Brick sour. This one is easy drinking, pleasent. Uncomplicated if not a heavy hitter.
