Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly clear golden, with no foam. Aroma is weak, of grapes, sea salt, fruity and lemony. Body is a little thick, with average carbonation and moderate astringency. Taste is medium sour, with good saltiness. Final is average.

In tap @Luppolo Station in Rome. Golden semi clear with a white head dissipating. Nose: coriander seeds, cumin, elderflowers. Mouth: cereals, soft spiciness, clean.
