Bottled. A hazy light yellow beer with a very white head. The aroma has notes of citrus, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus, malt, wheat, and some straw, leading to a dry wheaty finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a white head. Very dry and almost astringent fruity nose. Medium body, skewed strange fruitiness and an odd astrigency throughout - not really Bretty or anything though. An odd bird indeed. 110110

33 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry grassy and light citrusy hoppy. Citric hops flavoured mixed with a light fruity and mellow yeasty note. Bitter and dry citric finish.

Botttle from Ledger’s Liquor in Berkeley, CA. Hazy orange yellow color. White head. Slightly funky citric aroma. Medium bodied. Mild funk. Grassy, spicey hop over biscuit. Quite tasty. A delight. (maybe this stuff improves when it flies over the pond, or the process improved over the last four years)
