Bottle. dark caramel with a thin very white head. Very lively in the glass with alot of carbonation. Mild malt flavour with a little fizz to the aftertaste.

Bottled. An amber beer with a thick tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and straw, leading to a lightly bitter finish.

Bottled.Clear nut brown, small head. Buttery nose. Sweetish with clean mouthfeel. Hard primitive malt combines ill with butterscotch. Only slightnotes of spicy hops to cover the shortcomings with.

Bottle 50cl. w. swing top.Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dusty, bread. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20081129]

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Pours clear and golden deep brown/amber with a diminished white head. Light cornish and roasted malty aroma. Flavour is mild breadish and roasted. Light spiced flavour impression. Lingering malty and mild bitter finish. Nicely balanced.

Bottle, 5.1%. Weak caramelly aroma. Clear dark brown colour. The flavour is roasted, caramelly and malty. Slightly sweet. Balanced off by a little grain bitterness and hops.

Swing-top bottle: clear, light amber coloured, medium-sized off-white head, lacing and slowly diminishing; caramelly, malty nose, weak traces of "toffee", some herbal hops also detectable; moderate sweetish-malty flavour with a faint bitterness; mild sweet-malty finish with a faint bitter aftertaste. Mild & pleasant, well made.............
