Can shared with Rich cheers mate; cloudy amber pour with a thin off white head, aroma has intense orange and pine, taste has dank pine, melon, quite bitter some dankness this is a pretty awesome beer.

Can at home. It pours a cloudy light orange color with a big, frothy off white head. The aroma has peaches and orange juice. Lots of OJ, actually with light bready malt. The flavor is the same. OJ and pineapple shine through strongest with some light notes of peach. Smooth on the palate and snappy in the finish with low bitterness. Creamy mouth feel. The hop character is surprisingly subdued compared to the regular version.

On tap at a Churchkey event, pours a muddy orange with some soapy, white head. Nose is solid, tropical fruits, dank hop, perfume, soap, some cheese. Flavor is sweet with honey, lime, perfume, mango, some green vanilla. Finishes creamy and dry.

Poured up at Ratebeer Best 2017 Beer Fest where it exhibits a nice pappery opaque deep gold colored body that supports a thin near white head of foam. The aroma offers up kind of cantaloupe and a thin papaya note flowing into a thin pine sensation and then kind of grapefruit into the end of the draw. The taste delivers juicy and bitter hops with smooth soft cantaloupe, kind of funky tropical fruity papaya and then getting into more bitter grapefruit hop notes. These flavors blend nicely and create a pleasing fairly rich and chewy balance that I’m really liking this.

Thanks Justin for sharing the can! Poured into a teku showing unfiltered hazy orange with sparse clean white foam. The nose shows guava, cannabis, banana and melon. The palate is medium bodied and moderately carbonated. Flavors of melon and guava with a light bitterness.

Heavily hazy, though not soupy pour with a bright copper-golden body and sizable white head with moderate retention.
Fruit juice galore in the nose with cherry, warm alcohol notes (not sharp) and lots of honey and light caramel from the malt. It’s big and encompassing and bold but there’s more than enough juiciness to keep NE IPA fans happy.
In the mouth it’s soft and malty with tight carbonation and fair attenuation. Perhaps lightly on the sweet side, but it’s not underfermented and the residual sugar helps soak up the bitterness (of which there isn’t a surplus, really). Definitely a big beer, though it’s not messy. Some cherry-like esters and alcohol are noted but it doesn’t come off hot, sharp and boozy even after only 8 days in the can. Tons of hop complexity and no flaw. Couldn’t drink many of these, but it’s enjoyable in small amounts.

Can at home. Really hazy, bright orange pour with an off-white head. Notes of melon, pineapple, honey, raw vegetables, light pungent onions, passion fruit, pine resin, dank hops and a light hop spiciness after a few sips. Can, by way of a trade. Soupy gold. Film of super sticky, lasting white head. Nose has ripe peach. Soggy, on the turn melon. Some berry fruits. It’s all of that. Background of clean and dry malts. Taste is sweet and juicy, with a stone fruit, tangy bitterness. Juicy mouthfeel. Foamy and soft. Ridiculously easy drinking. Pulpy citrus finish. Really good.
