Clear gold amber beer, bubbly pale cream colour head. Light malts, a light creamy sweetness. Ripe yuzu, ripe tangerine and ripe grapefruit. Nice fruity ginger, soft. Light finish. A decent flavour but the Yuzu could be a lot fresher. More alcohol would be good though!

22/5/2021. Bottle from WiseBartender.co.uk. Pours clear golden with short lasting frothy white head. Aroma of weak ginger beer, yuzu, malt, grain, spicy hops, lime. Medium sugary sweetness and a tart citrus edge. Very watery, slightly oily, quite fizzy. Kind of grew on me, liked the yuzu but would have been better with more ginger and body.

Hitachino Nest Yuzu Ginger Non-ale 0.2% Amber color with a fuzzy head and big ginger-Yuzu aroma. Light bodied and lacking in body but with large ginger and Yuzu as promised on the label. Still get some malt and a beer like feel. Decent enough. Bottle courtesy of KL, cheers.

Bottle mail order from the brewery. Nice nose. Yuzu, light ginger, caramel malt. Medium orange orange amber with lace. More ginger in the flavor, yuzu, some malt. Crisp, spicy, fruity and malty. Damn good for 0.2% abv. Could drink this no problems.

Bottle from HoTM. It pours clear orangey - amber with a thick white head. The fragrant, zingy, tangy citrus, yuzu, biscuit and a vague hint of gingersnap. The taste is crisp, dry, zingy citrus, yuzu, light citric acidity, splash of lemonade, sherbet and dull gingersnap vibe. Finish has a slight warmth to it. Light body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Quite novel. Drinks well.
