we picked dandelion flowers in between the rows of our vineyard. We steeped the flowers together with a bit of orange blossom and some honey from our neighbors in a beer barrel-aged for about one year.

Taster at BXLBeerfest. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells funky, herbal, earthy, stone fruits, spices, oranges. Nice to very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. tastes earthy, grassy, bit leathery, oranges, peppery, flowery, tobacco. Finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of tobacco, bitter flowery notes and earthy notes. Lovely
