We decided to push the envelope on our original blend to see how far it could go. Turns out, pretty far. Keep your head on a swivel, she bites.

Can from a mixed 12 pack from Market Basket Hazy deep yellow color with a good sized bubbly white head that dissipates almost instantly. Sweet brown sugary apples. Fairly clean fermentation.

Sampled from the tap at Happy Gnome. Pours a cloudy yellow with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of earthy apple with a bit of sweetness underlying. Flavor has much more sweet apple with a bit of earthiness underlying.

Draught at the cidery, 7/27/18.
Dark bronze-golden, mostly clear.
Sweet, more so than usual from Downeast, though not off-putting, with a good mix of fruit and light tannin with moderate acidity and lots of vanilla, table sugar and light citrus.
In the mouth it's sweet, strong and rich with some acidity and alcohol towards the end and light caramel and lots of cinnamon suggestions. Vanilla, honey and more acidity on the finish. But to reiterate, it's just too sweet, ultimately.
