Bottled. Blonde with a foamy head. Citrus and yoghurt in the aroma. Citric, banana and skimmed milk in the flavor. Nice and refreshing, but uneventful.

21.06.2018 -- 0.5l bottle from edeka in heidelberg, bb 22.11.2018. pours a clear aoglden with a big frothy head. aroma of hay, grass, just a hint of banana and cloves, as in their regular weizen. more like a plain lager. flavour of grains, citrus. ok.

500ml Flasche. Ins Glas ergießt sich ein klares goldgelbes Bier, viel CO2, viel Schaum. Geruch hefig, leicht malzig fruchtig. Geschmack hefig, fruchtig, im Abgang leicht würzig.

Bottle: Almost clear, golden to deep-golden, mid-sized white creamy head, mild wheaty-fruity nose with a phenolic touch; light to moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, light bodied but still a bit chewy; delicate fruity-wheaty finish with well hidden acidity. Quite a pleasant thirst-quencher…

(bottle) Quite hazy for a Kristallweizen, pale golden colour with a blond and huge foamy head. Citric wheaty and slightly mouldy nose. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a slightly fizzy carbonation. Slick wheat character with fruity notes of banana and citrus, accompanied by lightly clovy spices; sweet banana fruity finish. Seems as if my sample has started another fermentation after bottling; drinkable. 05.II.13
