Sample (thanks fonefan!). Black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is soy sauce, liquorice, some wood and mild salty tones. Oh really?. Flavour is sweet liquorice, some alcohol, wood, and a bit allround, still nicely bodied and bold. Figs, some alcohol, dried fruits, dates, alcohol and mild spiciness to it in the aftertaste. Taste is really smooth, but aroma is kind of WTH.... On a good day I guess the flavour could get a 9 too. Palate just loveable. Once again, what the hell is up with the aroma... compared to the rest.

500ml bottle. Heavy, intense with barrel notes, some raisins, figs, prunes, hints of vinous notes and warming alcohol. Massive, almost feels like a dessert wine.
