Bottle 500ml.Clear medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, clove notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, banana. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20100813]

Bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. A clear, golden beer with a dense, off-white head. Banana dominates the aroma, more pronounced than in many kristalls. Wheat and cloves too. The flavor is quite sweet, with banana, wheat and cloves, some bitterness towards the end. Medium body, very effervescesnt. A decent kristallweizen, but I couldn’t drink a lot of it, mostly due to the carbonation level. 100813

Bottle. Clear dark golden, fine carbonation, white froth. Deep banana and light clayish aroma. Vanilla and banana flavor, restrained sweetness, light spice and salt - they managed to retain all flavor notes of a unfiltered Weizen, at the same time fairly clean. Medium body, sparkly. Light berries exhaling. One of the best Kristall so far.
