RBESG 2023, Zagreb Grand Tasting. Thanks! Hazy amber. Lightly yeasty aroma, phenolic spicy, fruity and bready. Light tartness, spicy and lightly fruity flavour, phenols and nutmeg in the finish. Light body, moderate carbonation, light tart finish.

Bottled 750ml. -at RBESG 2023 Grand Tasting. Unclear dark golden/amber coloured, medium sized white head, spicy and light fruity nose. Sweetish and fruity taste with notes of spices and caramel. Sweetish finish.

Bottled at RBESG 23 grand tasting. Murky red-amber body, off-white head, quite thick. Bretty toothrot funkiness in the aroma, spicy and herbal notes, some unattractive veggie notes. Sweet, peppery taste, odd bretty funkiness, nice in a way, but not in others.

Dark red amber colour, white foam. Nose of citrus, light herbal, some fruitiness. Taste is sourish, a bit herbal, not very outspoken.

Bottle. Color: Hazy reddish amber to ruby, frothy orangish off-white head. Aroma: Yeasty, spicy. Taste: Spicy notes, yeasty, subtle citrus, hints of fruity apple and red fruit and a little bit of leaves. Lightly tart, light bitter and sweet. Starting more malty and to the sour side and finishing more hoppy, dry-ish and moderate bitter. Quite smooth. Medium to just under medium body, just under average carbonation. Typical Fantôme, although not so pronounced flavors as most other beers of this brewery.
