Orange color. Ginger, anis and grapefruit in the aroma. Hopbitter flavor with anis and ginger, grapefruit and mandarin. Malty with some rest sweetness. This hides the complexity of the beer somewhat. Spicy aftertaste.

Bottle, 7% at KØ07. Hazy golden colour. Very small white head. Sweet hoppiness in both aroma and flavour, as well as some anis?!

(Bottle 50 cl) Very unclear, dark amber with a small, rough and almost absent, off-white head. Fairly spicy aroma - almost like ginger, but perhaps it’s just the hops. Surprisingly light body, a bit watery in fact. Raw and bitter finish. Not a very harmonious brew. 160107

Cloudy dark amber color; low carbonation and thin collar of foam. The aroma has some pine resins and herbs. The body is medium thick, with some malt, a lot of soft caramel, bitter but without an interesting quality in the hopping; it has some residual hop resins and butterscotch; the final is not only bitter but also a bit astringent, confirming a rough fermentation and maturation process. Unprofessional.

A very hazy dark orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is very spicy with ginger standing out together with hops. The flavor is sweet again with strong notes of ginger, combined with grass, leading to a dry bitter end. I wonder if it is the Amarillo hops, that gives it the ginger note?
