Amber colour, small off-white head. Sweetish malts, some bread in the a bit neutral nose. Medium-bodied. Sweetish with honey, alcohol, light hops and backing alcohol. Good one.

250ml bottle. PBF XIII. Poured clear golden in color. White head. Woody notes, dried fruits, candi sugar and some marzipan. Full bodied, long finish.

--Bottled at PBF XIII-- Clear amber, mid sized head. Caramelly nose with some wood. Mid sweet with full body and soft mouthfeel. Caramel, hay, wood and white pepper. Long bitter finish with some peppery alcohol.

Bottle@PBF XIII. Deep golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, alcohol and some wooden tones with mild toffee and some wood. Flavour is alcohol, some wooden and mild toffee and a wee bit of alcohol. Delicate and easy going.

Kopparfärgad och klar med ett litet skum. Maltig gräddkoledoft. Söt och maltig smak av gräddkola och torkad frukt. På slutet dyker smaker av ekfat och alkohol upp. Den torra ekigheten kolliderar lite med maltsötman tycker jag. Men det kanske ordnar upp sig med tiden.

Drucken på fat på Bishop Gustaf Malmö. Kopparfärgad klar vätska med lågt skum. Massor av honung i doften. Stor, mjuk och harmonisk kropp. Honung, dammig säd, fudge, torkad frukt. Kanske lite omogen och outvecklad som fat-bws ofta är men gott.
