Cloudy dark orange beer, creamy to aery white head, stable, non adhesive. Aroma: dirty, lots of sulphur, some raspberries as well but not too much. Don’t like it really... MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, spicy, raspberries, a bit dirty, nope. Aftertaste: sourish, sulphur, rather offensive, vinegar acidity in the finish, big nope. Something must’ve gone wrong with this year’s batch, because I really liked all previous iterations of this beer.

On tap at Meddlesome Moth, pours a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart subtle raspberries and moderate barnyard funk. Flavour is dominated by intense raspberries, moderate tartness, and low-to-moderate funk. Wonderful raspberry character that blends well with the funk. I think I preferred the previous raspberry draft version, but this is still excellent.

Draft: Poured a hazy yellow reddish lambic with a thin lacing head. Aroma of tart funky ester with some tart raspberry notes. Taste is also a mix of tart raspberry notes with some tart funky ester. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable but not as complex as I had expected.

A dark reddish Gueuze with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity mix of raspberry jam, light acidity, Epsom salts, light horseblanket, very nice and complex. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of raspberry, light lactic notes, light Epsom salts, very nice and complex. On tap at l'autre oeil.

Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, raspberry and tart. Flavor is medium sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. 220922

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Pours slightly hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma of light sourness, yeast, barnyard, tart fruit, raspberry. Flavor is sour, tart fruity, light malt, yeast, barnyard, wet wood, tart fruity, raspberry. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and acidic finish. 220922

Drucken på fat på Bishop Gustaf, Malmö. Varmrosa utan skum. Stor doft och smak av hallon, mjuk hallonvinäger dominerar smakbilden. Kanske lite vi acetisk för min smak men hallon är fantastiska

Sampled @ Zythos Beer Festival 2022. A hazy orange golden beer. Aroma of sour red fruits, red grapes, vinegar. Taste of sour berries, grapes, wood, vinegar.
