5oz pour at The Magnet. Pours cloudy muted gold with small white head. Aroma has a ton of plums and rustic, barnyard funk. Flavour has a ton of juicy plum, tart skin, nice barrel character. Barrel character is almost smoky. Excellent beer.

On tap @Buskers Pub (Rome). Giallo intenso, torbida, schiuma bianca leggera, non molto persistente. Al naso note di stalla, citrico, frutta a pasta gialla, leggero vinoso. In bocca è acida, citrica, vinosa, buona complessità. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione medio-leggera. Notevole, anche se l'acidità è notevole.

Draught, taster. @Vaeskebalancen, Copenhagen (Denmark). 08/05/2024 [#7.155 Global - #285 Belgium - #17 Gueuzerie Tilquin] Pours hazy deep golden with almost no head. Arma: musty white grapes, peach skin and barnyard. Taste: some vinegar, light funky and fruity. Tart fruity finish. Next one please!

On tap at Garden Path - Bellingham, pours a hazy bright orange with a small white head. Aroma is full of fresh plums, moderate funk, and medium acidity. Flavour is super juicy, with bright, potent plums, moderate acidity and signature Tilquin funk. Such bright plum character, aided by the funk. Not their most complex lambic ever but this is excellent — great plum character.

5oz shared with Farees and Phill. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: nice mix of funk and plums. Taste: along the same lines, a bit more tart than Clementine, but still better than Peche de Vigne or Grenade ones. Overall: good.

Pours unclear warm blonde. Small to no white head. Scent is intense, orange like citric aroma ( mirabelle) but funky Lambic underneath, rather woody as well. Seems mature, bit animalic-brett. Taste is full, tart but balanced, fruit forward, but not dominating. Medium carbo. Long fruity-tart finish. Never seems dull or boring, very well made in both intensity and quality.
