Bottle, 5.8%. Bready and satisfying sweet hop aroma. Very cloudy orange colour. Big stable white head. Nice wheaty and yeasty flavour. Reminds me of white bread. Late, medium bitterness with a little alcohol bite. Full mouthfeel.

Bottled. Unclear, golden-orange with a small white head. Mostly weak aroma with wheat, banana and spices. Bitter flavor with some banana, wheat and cloves. Medium body with a decent co2 level. Bitter finish. Not my favorite wheat, it’s mostly weak, except for the bitterness-level, which is too high. (061018)

Draught at the Jacobsen pub in the Carlsberg visitors center in Copenhagen, Denmark. Shady orange color, white head. Fruity scent, refreshing fruity taste. High mouthfeel, low bitterness. Didn’t feel like much a wheat beer.

Draught at a Turkish restaurant in Odense (had it also later on two other occasions in Denmark). Served too cold. Surprisingly dark colour, orange to brown, cloudy. Moderate but nice hefe aroma and flavour, tolerable hops. Went nicely with the Turkish buffet. Pleasant cloves aftertaste.

(On tap) Deep orangey golden, wee cloudiness and a small head. Huge estery flavours - banana is prominent - but dry and even with a short bitterness. A decent attempt at a Hefeweizen from Carlsberg. 040203 (Bottle 33 cl) Bottled version. 5/3/5/2/10=2,5 090104
