Getreidig-säuerlicher Beginn. Trauben, ansteigende Säure, die aber ausnahmsweise kein Essigniveau erreicht. Süffig, helles Holz, trockenes Mundgefühl. Spritzig, Riesling, langer Nachhall. 10/9/11/10/8/11

On tap at Mastri d'Arme, Trieste, shared with Ogi. Unclear reddish amber, minimal head. Lightly funky, rum, biscuit soaked in rum, raisins. Funky touch emerges. Tiramisu aroma develops. A soft vinous touch, resembling strong dessert wines. Medium body. Intense sourness. Fruity, yoghurty and vinegar at the same time. Nice complexity. Dried fruit sweetness, dried berries flavour, soft hints of vanilla, sharpness of the acid. Puckering. Savoury. Rich. Nice soaked biscuit flavour. Lasting dry finish.

0.75 l bottle from 'AleHub'. Very hazy, brownish orange with a few white bubbles on top of it. Sweetish, sourish, rather vinous-fruity and slightly funky aroma of vinegar, red wine, oak, lemon and light horse blanket. Slightly sweet, quite sour, rather vinous-fruity and a bit funky taste of lemon, vinegar, glue, red wine, oak and a touch of horse blanket, followed by a short, fairly tart, moderately dry finish. Medium body, rather astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent grape ale, quite acidic but not too much, nice vinous flavours, unfortunately a touch of glue as well.

Tap at Beergeek Bar. Hazy golden-amber body. Sour aroma, berries, saliva, very tart, actually huge aroma. Lean, dry taste, oily, marzipan notes, wheaty touches, oddly simple really in its wildness, some barrel maybe. Bit rough still. Not one of my favorite beers of Seb's.
