Weird Era is our 3 year blend of spontaneously fermented lambic inspired ales. Mashed with pilsner malt and unmalted wheat, it was boiled for three hours with aged whole cone hops before being cooled overnight in our coolship and transferred into French Oak barrels the following morning. A poignant gaze into time and place, this beer showcases three specific nights in South City St. Louis. This blend is comprised of twenty-fire percent three year old, fifty percent two year old, and twenty-five percent one year old lambic inspired oak fermented ales.
