“Immortal Rites” is a DDH West Coast IPA coming at you at 7.2% ABV. Citra, Centennial and Amarillo reproduce the piney aromas emanating from deep inside an enchanted forest. Herbal and bitter flavors lash out like the flames from burning herbs, used by the warlock of a pagan tribe as he summons the apparitions wandering this domain. A crisp, revitalizing body smoothens the bitterness and ties together this libation of primeval sorcery. Part of our “Sacred and Prophane” Series, we follow a pagan tribe that is driven out of their lands from a pious Kingdom’s ever-growing, greedy grasp. Seeking cover in the secluded woodlands from where they originated, they unite with the mythical spectres residing there to reclaim what is theirs.

Can 44cl @home poured into a teku glass. Hazy pale golden colour, good frothy white head, good retention, fair lacing. Aroma pale malt, orange, peach, pine resin, Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, grapefruit, pine resin. Medium body, average texture, soft carbonation, dry sweetbitter aftertaste, resinous and husky notes, very nice.

opalescent pale golden colour, medium sized dense white head; aroma of pine resiny, grapefruity, some pear, tangerine, peachy, apple peel, malty-grainy and some minimal earthy-yeasty notes; taste of hoppy-resiny bitterness, some grapefruity, fruity and moderate biscuity notes; good one!

Dark yellow colour with light haze. Aroma and flavour have obvious malty notes. Really pithy and bitter with some lime zest.

Draught Huge, very dense & fine yellowish head over veiled yellow-golden beer. Aromatic hops, citrus, cilandro, parsley, peach, oranges. Sweet-bitterish main flavour, getting oranges again. Finish is wry, on the edge of astringent. Quite (hopoil)slick, good carbonation, medium bodied. Classical, somewhter halfway IPA-DIPA. Nothing out of the ordinary.
