Blend of 1 & 2 year old lambics with maceration of peach & nectarine from Veneto, Italy.

The fruit used consists of five different varieties, including two white peaches, two yellow peaches and one nectarine. These were hand-picked from orchards in Italy and brought straight from the grower.

Each variety is blended separately with lambic to then macerate for several months, then co-blended and barrel-aged further after maceration.

The beautiful stonefruit perfume is carried by a firm mouthfeel and decent acidity. Lots of wood and fruit character!

Fermented, aged & bottled on the farm.

A hazed golden ale with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light peaches, light Brett, light lactic notes, Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of tart peach pulp, light tropical fruits, light Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice.

Bottle. Clear orange golden. Indeed a ton of peach, lactic, sour wheat, fruit stones, light yoghurt, green leaves. Pretty sour, light sweet. Solid medium bodied. Lovely peach, but this is too sour for me. If they could dial that down this has a lot of potential.

Small white rim over hazy peach-tinted golden beer. Peach, celeriac, almost soupy, earthy, bit floral. Rubbery (as an eraser), lemony; lots of lactic acid, very sour. Again earthy characteristics, tubers. Serious acidthinning and -burn, lipsmacking acidity, ultra tart. Good carbonation. This one definitely shows an acidoverdose. If you have to drink this a whole evening, you need a new oesophagus. I'm sure Americans and Scandinavians will adore this.
