Our original copper coloured ale first brewed in 2004 and still very popular to this day. Made with lashings of Amarillo hops to give a hoppy finish to this malty ale, full bodied and very moreish.

Cask at Stephen Park, Cloudspotting 2019. Pours clear amber with a thin white head. Aromas of caramel, rye, faint grassy hop. Taste is sweet, creamy, chewy almost. Sticky finish.

Pendle Beer Festival 2016. Copper-amber in colour. Hoppy and fruity but slightly understated in its taste.

Bottle: Nose is almond, biscuit slight berry. Flat appearance. Taste is almond, biscuit, with a little berry. A slight bitterness in the finish, tastes are like the body; flat. A forgettable bitter.
