"At the edge of one's hood", the first beer we have ever brewed in Romania, is back for a rebrew at the same place where it all started, at @anagrambrewing !
The same simple rustic base loaded up with our own blend of herbs, this time with a bit less mint and a bit more of that wild danube delta wormwood for extra complexity while maintaining drinkability.
And that's the beauty of Moroccan tea. It changes with the seasons.

Pâle, col banc fin.
Arôme est frais avec une bonne présence d'effet infusion et épice - le tout passe très bien tout en ayant le léger retour de malts. Le thym est bien là, délicat avec un bouquet très frais médicinal - effet de l'absinthe?
Palais est sur une belle base maltée - pâle, léger caramel, finement herbacé avec un apport plaisant de ces différents herbacé dont une belle fraicheur du thym. Le côté absinthe est délicat avec un côté infusion de thé qui arrive en fin de bouche.

A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of thyme, herbs, pale malt. Taste of thyme, dry grainy malt, straw, cereals.

Glass at no room tab room, golden beer, small head. Aroma is very minty, not much else. Taste is the same, bitter, minty, malty, not bad
