Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Strange chemical nose - none of your typical wheaty esters. Medium body, lightly citrusy tartness. An odd Hefe - not completely fresh. 231009

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing white. The aroma has notes of wheat and bread. The flavor has notes of wheat, bread, and minerals, leading to a dry wheaty finish. Thanks fonefan for sharing.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts mild and refreshing, fine yeasty and fruity, notes of banana. Becomes stronger to the end, light sourishness. Good beer!

50cl bottle at Ship & Mitre, Liverpool. Clear gold, which surprised me as I was expecting a typical cloudy weizen. Lasting cream head. Some weisse beer aroma. Light though. Some pale malt mised in with some estery banana. Softish in mouth. A mix of a helles and a weisse. Some lemon on finish. Lemon on finish is a bit lemon curdy and very nice. Only some hard metallic carbonation, but lovely overall. It’s great, so impressed with all the beers from this brewery I had this weekend. A helles/weisse cross. Not the full on weisse, but the helles is good and full enough to carry it.

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow to orange with a lasting, dense and white head. Vague wheaty and banana fruity aroma. Flavour is light fruity, notes beyond banana, and with a medium sweet estery lingering touch. Goes into a dry wheaty finish. Somewhat more rustique.

Bottle (courtesy of joss): Hazy, visible carbonation, small, but stable foamy layer; sweet-malty (barley) nose with a discreet lemony fruitiness, illusions of turpentine and a light tartness, too; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, a bit fizzy; short, a bit tart, mainly malty-bitter finish. O.K., a drinkable Weizen with a lot of "Lager" influences..........

(bottle) Slightly hazy pale golden hue with a big foamy white head. Sweet malty and spicy aroma with banana. Light to medium bodied, quite dry maltiness, with well bound fruity notes and spice in the finish. Okay.
