Bottle, 5.4%. Dusty aroma. Pale golden colour. Nice, stable white head. the flavour comes off a bit sweet and with low bitterness. But it does not get too nauseating.

Das Bier schmeckt recht herb mit deutlichem malzigen Beiton. Zudem ist von Anfang an ein süßer Unterton zugange, der bis zum Ende bestehen bleibt. Eine alkoholische und säuerliche Note im Nachgeschmack ist nocht von der Hand zu weisen. Besser als das gerade vorher getestete Export der Brauerei Henninger. Test vom 29.7.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,9,8,9,11,9 - 9,15

Bottle (courtesy of MoritzF !) Straw golden coloured, quite stable white head; sweet-malty nose, combined with the faintest illusion of a grainy hoppiness; slightly sweet flavour, pleasant, soft MF; slightly bready-bitter finish. A friendly thirst quencher.............

(bottle) Clear and pale golden colour with a foamy white medium head. Unpleasant skunky/ perfumed aroma with sweet malts and grassy hops in the background. Sweetish malty taste, weak light-bitter hoppy and soapy finish. Really bad.

(Bottle 50 cl) Extremely clear, fully golden with a nice, dense head. Full-bodied and malty sweet with a subdued bitterness. Very pleasant and typical Export. 040303

Sampled draught at Frakfurt International Airport.
Pale golden, clear. Sweaty, ashy nose. Dry, but with coarse, unrefined malt profile. Harsh bitter finish. The smell is strikingly similar to a pair of socks after a warm 12hr flight...
