Bottle (purchased at the Brauerei): Clear, golden, small white head; grainy and strawy nose with a light lemony touch; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied and soft; shorter sweetish-grainy finish with the faintest illusions of lemony hops. Average Helles, but pleasant......

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big and dense foamy white head. Strawy and slightly draffy pale malty aroma with herbal and slightly sweaty hops. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Pale malty, slightly draffy taste with traces of honey; moderately sweet and shy bitter finish with a delicately herbal hops profile. Okay as a session beer. 09.VIII.10
