An amped up west coast-ified version of Frank. Dank, resinous, piney, bitter. An aggressive hop-forward attack on the senses.

Can 440ml (Kihoskh, BB date unreadable)
Orange-copper colour, small white head. Light pine and fruits in the nose, somewhat meh. Light to medium-bodied. A bit, some fruits and resin, bready, sweet malty. Feels old. Not danky at all.

Keg half-pint in The Boot on 10th March 2024. Really enjoyed this, slight hazy mist in the amber body, off-white crust. The hops play off the malty base nicely, piney with a fruity tone, not as dank as the name suggests, more vibrant than dank and all the better for it.

Keg @ The Boot, Wellington. Pours a misty amber, off-white head. Aroma points towards piney resin, sweet malt. Good hoppy expressions to taste, solid piney moments, fruity grapefruit, sweet malt, book-ended with a nice bitterness.. very satisfying solid IPA.

440ml can. Amber coloured with a light haze, thin off-white head. Aroma of pine, resin, malts, dank. Taste is malty, caramel, pine, very resinous, dank, marmalade, bitter orange/grapefruit finish that lingers.

Can at home, 23rd October 22. Watching a big thunder storm on a Sunday, pork belly in the oven. Oddly I bought this on line, but also saw it on sale in Milan this week. Pours a copper colour. Aroma is caramel, pine resin. Taste is caramel and a bitter malty, pine, dank yes, pretty decent hoot west coaster, well balanced

Draft at Woodworkers. Crystal clear golden yellow color, white head. Earthy aroma. Taste is indeed dank, not quite onions. Classic
