The shop is open- come and get em! Taking the torus to the next level, this beer is a just like a decadent doughnut in a glass. Some special brewing wizardry also make this dessert 100% vegan. Everybody wins!

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft. Pours black-brown with a frothy, mocha topping. Medium to big sweet flavour with decent ashy roast, baking cocoa, brownies, chocolate-covered cherries, earth, raisins. Full bodied, lightly oily and chewy, with fine carbonation. Lightly warming finish, mildly sticky, nicely rounded chocolate and dark malt character. Tasty stuff.

can. Aroma has tons of chocolate - smells like a chocolate shop, Also toffee. dessert chocolates. sweet and dark caramelly. not many sighs of beer in the aroma. Palate is thick and real good, flavor has a bit of roasted malts and bitterness, also tons of sweet chocolate with dark caramel. interesting experiment, the flavor itself not so much to my liking though, too sweet and too much dark caramel.

440ml can. Pours black with a thin tan head. Aroma of chocolate donuts. Taste really is exactly like a donut, they've got the doughy flavour spot on, chocolate, vanilla, caramel, and obviously pretty sweet, lots of warming booze at the end. Full bodied. Really nicely done.

On tap at The Evening Star, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out lactose, sweet sugars and sickly cocoa. Flavour is very sweet, with cocoa, lots of sugars, and caramel. Too sweet and sugary, but there's some nice character to it, admittedly. Not my thing.
