Cask at Crafty Merlins, Darlington. Gluten Free. Hazy gold colour, white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of flowery hops. Taste is sweetish, malt, grains, fruity, spicy with resiny hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry hoppy bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Handpull cask at the Blue Boar, Leicester. Mid- to dark gold, a little bit hazywith a slightly loose off-white head. Gorgeous aroma: creamy apricot and melon notes. Taste is bittersweet with a fairly intense bitterness in the finish. Watery body, soft carbonation. Fairly simple description but this is absolutely incredible. One hell of an APA.

Cask @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Mildly hazed golden ale with a creamy-frothy head. Has a blander tasting crisp hoppiness.
